Online Stress Management Course

This online training video shows workers the value of proper stress management practices and how to execute those practices to maintain a safe work environment and a healthy lifestyle. The program shows how stress can be good or bad. It highlights how “negative stress” produces a work environment in which workers and their performance suffers. It also shows how some stress keeps workers on task and focused if handled and managed correctly.
