This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Perform a departure review for your team members.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you reduce employee turnover. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will perform a departure review for your team members. You will determine when your employees may leave the team based on key departure factors.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 1 to 2 hours.
