This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Find out what your employees need from you, their manager.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help improve your supervision capabilities. As a manager you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will find out what your employees need from you, their manager. You will meet with your employees to find out what they need from you to do their job well and perform at the highest level.
