This action is made for managers and is designed to maximize the diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives of the team. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to get clear on the various experiences, backgrounds, skills and perspectives of your team. You will develop a clear understanding of the diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives of your team.
