Resources: Identifying and Providing High Priority Resources to Employees

This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Employees identify one resource they need to be successful in the next 60 days.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you provide the required resources for success. As a manager you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action employees identify one resource they need to be successful in the next 60 days. You will find out what resource would help each of your employees be more successful in their jobs.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 2 to 4 hours.
