This action is made for managers and is designed to help you create understanding and clarity about compensation. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will discuss with your employees how individual performance impacts rewards and compensation. You will meet with your team or individual employees to talk about how their individual performance and achievements can impact the types of rewards they can receive.
