You can follow the step-by-step instructions in the Implementation Guide to easily take action on the job in order to build this skill. Within the Implementation Guide is a self-assessment for you to evaluate your results. Some activities include Microsoft Word job aid documents to help you perform the action steps.

This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Identify actions the team can take to strengthen how they work with others within the company.

This action is made for teams and is designed to help build teamwork. As a team, team members perform this action with each other. By performing this action the team will identify actions the team can take to strengthen how they work with others within the company. Team members will get to know someone in another part of the company and share what they learned with the team.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 3 to 4 hours.
