This action is made for managers and is designed to strengthen your communication skills. As a manager you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will learn how to receive feedback from your team on how well you are communicating key messages. You will ask your team to give you feedback on the information you share during team meetings.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 3 to 5 hours.
