This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Increase the actions and behaviors that demonstrate you are a reliable leader with integrity.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you increase trust and respect. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to increase the actions and behaviors that demonstrate you are a reliable leader with integrity. You will review a set of leadership actions and select the actions you want to define you as a leader.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 2 to 4 hours.
