Within the Implementation Guide is a self-assessment for you to evaluate your results. Some activities include Microsoft Word job aid documents to help you perform the action steps.

This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Increase the level of innovative actions of your employees.

This action is made for managers and is designed to increase innovation. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will learn how to increase the level of innovative actions of your employees. Each quarter you will recognize and reward the best innovative action implemented by an employee.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 45 to 60 minutes each month.
