While Microsoft Access resembles Microsoft Excel in that they both have you working with data in rows and columns, Access has some unique and useful tools to help you manage your data. One of these tools is Forms. Forms allow you to concentrate your view on a particular subject, thereby reducing errors in the key entry process. Learn how to design and modify a Form, as well as how to sort, filter, and edit data, via this video training lesson.
Creating your first Form can be done after navigating the Form Layout View for only a few seconds. While there are more complex aspects to learn, this video guides you through the process. If you want to make a more dynamic Form, you can do so in the Design View; choosing to later modify your Form is also a relatively simple process. Further, if you want to view and edit your Access data, you can do so via a Form. Overall, Forms are a useful Access tool, and one that you should familiarize yourself with. Use the information presented here to master this feature.
