Employee Engagement

Employee attitudes, behaviors, and outcomes can stem from how actively engaged an employee is. Recent Gallup studies have shown only 13% of employees are actively engaged at work. This training modules teaches managers how to create an engagement plan to make employees feel valued and heard.
