Preventing Sexual Harassment

Stories of sexual harassment have been taking over the news lately. Unfortunately, there are over 10,000 complaints of sexual harassment filed by U.S. workers every year with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and you can only imagine the countless cases that go ignored.


It is everyone’s responsibility to prevent harassment from spreading throughout an organization. Mastery released three new courses this month to help employees and managers learn to prevent harassment at work.

2018 NFPA 70E Arc Flash Training

The NFPA 70E is revised and updated every three years and the 2018 standard is now available. Some of the changes to the 2018 standard involve conducting Job Safety Analyses, investigations of incidents and accidents, and PPE labels. Mastery released a new course, Electrical Safety: 2018 NFPA 70E Arc Flash Training, which addresses the 2018 NFPA 70E standard and arc flash safety.


This course covers the Electrical Safety Program and responsibilities of the Qualified Person. Other topics covered include approach boundaries, the arc-flash boundary, arc-rated clothing and arc flash PPE, field labels, operation of energized electrical equipment, energized work, and the energized work permit.


Use this video to educate employees about the best practices for electrical safety as listed in NFPA 70E.

Training for Hazardous Waste Generators

The EPA has revised the Hazardous Waste Rule: The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Mastery has released three new titles for Large, Small and Very Small Hazardous Waste Generators to train their facility personnel.


All three of the courses cover the RCRA hazardous waste rules and best practices to follow to keep employees safe, prevent releases and remain compliant with the EPA.
