New Training for Forklift Safety

Two new courses, originally produced by Marcom, related to forklift safety were released this month. “Forklift: Powered Industrial Truck Safety” provides an overview of the seven types of powered industrial trucks. General procedures are demonstrated on how to inspect, maintain, refuel, and operate a truck.

“Forklift Safety: Industrial Counterbalance Lift Trucks” focuses on the most common type of forklift and demonstrates the necessary safety procedures to operate one. Topics include using the mast and forks, operating safely in the workplace, inspecting a forklift, and fueling and recharging.

New Course: SPCC By the Numbers for Municipalities

This month we released a new course for all those working at municipal facilities. “SPCC By The Numbers for Municipalities,” produced by Excal Visual, explores Spill Prevention Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations for municipalities.

This course, presented in HD video, covers laws, rules and regulations, the SPCC plan, general facility operations, operation and maintenance of equipment to prevent discharges, oil transfers, used oil management, and discharge procedure protocols. Use this training to help ensure your compliance with Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure regulations.
