Microsoft Word 2016 Training

This month we released a new series of courses on Microsoft Word 2016. These courses are organized into three levels, starting with the basics and working up to some of the more complicated applications of Word 2016, such as using forms and macros.

Each course takes the user through step-by-step directions, providing best practices for getting the most out of the functionality of Microsoft Word. While many people know how to use Word to type out a document, people often lack the knowledge to use the many features to create extraordinary documents.

8 Keys to a More Respectful Workplace

This month we published a new course called “8 Keys to a More Respectful Workplace.” This course presents an animated narrative demonstrating eight critical areas to focus on to create a more respectful and inclusive workplace. Examples of bad behavior, followed by examples of good behavior are shown.

Each of the eight keys is also available as an individual course. Individually they provide a short lesson on a common workplace issue, such as harassment, bullying, diversity, or listening. You can use these individual courses, or assign the collection to help make your workplace a great place to be.
