New Training on Workplace Bullying

At least 65 million Americans say they have encountered a workplace bully at some point in their lifetime. A bully in the workplace can cause interference in the functioning of the workplace, disturb other coworkers, and compromise the health and safety of other employees.


Mastery now offers “Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior for Managers and Supervisors” and “Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior for Employees,” both produced by Marcom, to help stop workplace bullying.


These courses help employees and managers recognize bullying behaviors, and demonstrate how to respond to bullying or other disruptive behavior.

New Bloodborne Pathogens Training

Three new bloodborne pathogens training courses, featuring video produced by Marcom, were released this month. The courses explain bloodborne pathogens, how exposures occur and how to prevent exposures.

New Customer Service Course

This month we released a new course on customer service. “Customer Service: Make It Easy!,” produced by Access Training Media, demonstrates the four keys to building great rapport with customers. The course shows examples of customer interactions in a variety of workplaces – demonstrating how anyone can help build a loyal customer base.


This course, presented in HD video, is appropriate for anyone who interacts with customers, whether they are in retail, sales or customer support.
