Compliance is Just the Beginning: Ethical Situations to Consider

This training program shows the viewer three easy steps to ensure thinking and decision-making is done in an ethical manner. Through three easy steps, the viewer is shown ways to gain ethical thinking.

Step one, The Compliance Test, discusses with the viewer how to investigate whether or not their personal choices are ethically legal or not. Step two, The Ripple Effect, shows the viewer how to step back and think about what and who their ethical choices effect. The last step, The Gut Check, urges the viewer to think about whether or not their choices are, in fact, ethical. The Gut Check part of this training program shows how to reflect on personal decisions. This program also demonstrates why not to start a business on the side of a professional company as part of fraud, and what that means.
